- The Dojo Supporter badge is granted for the first donation to the Website and is for life. You may re-donate using the same badge link.
- The Dojo Member badge is purchased via subscription and remains active only during the duration of the membership.
- You may cancel your membership at any time, but refunds for partial months are not provided.

3. User Conduct

- Do not engage in harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.
- Do not exploit, hack, or attempt to misuse the Website or its features.
- Do not link to adult websites from your profile.
- The Website reserves the right to terminate access for any user violating these terms.

4. Digital Goods & Badges

- Badges are digital rewards with no monetary value and are non-transferable.
- The Website reserves the right to modify or remove badges at any time.

- The Website is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses related to kendama practice.

10. Unsolicited Sales Inquiries & Misuse of Contact Form

- We welcome general inquiries and support requests through our contact form.
- However, any use of the contact form to offer SEO services, web development, or related services constitutes an agreement to be billed $100 per inquiry.
- By submitting such an inquiry, you explicitly agree to pay this fee. Failure to pay will be considered illegal theft.
- Misuse of the contact form also includes sending random characters or trying to footprint our infrastructure or website.
