1. General Policy
All payments made on Kendama Dojo, including purchases of badges and memberships, are considered final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Dojo Supporter Badge
- The Dojo Supporter badge is a one-time donation reward and is granted for life.
- Since this is a donation-based badge, all purchases are non-refundable.
3. Dojo Member Subscription
- The Dojo Member badge is part of an auto-renewing $5 monthly subscription.
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
- Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not provide refunds for previous months.
- Membership perks will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will generally not be issued except in the following circumstances:
- Accidental duplicate charges (must be reported within 7 days).
- Unauthorized transactions proven to be fraudulent.
- Technical issues preventing the delivery of purchased digital goods.
Refund requests outside these cases will be reviewed at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase through our Support Page. Be sure to include your transaction details and the reason for the request.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated policy.
